  2. Objective and Partnership: The Federal Ministry of Communication, Innovation and Digital Economy (FMCIDE) is collaborating with NITDA to offer this AI Research Grant.   3. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the grant, applicants can be part of a consortium that includes a startup or technology company, a Nigerian academic researcher, or a foreign researcher.   • The Ministry reserves the right to withdraw the grant if the project fails to meet the agreed-upon milestones and objectives.
