The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has launched its 2023/2024 Foreign Postgraduate Scholarship Programme. This initiative represents a significant commitment by the NDDC to promote human resource development and empower youth in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria.
The scholarship program is fully funded and is targeted at Nigerian students from the Niger Delta who wish to pursue postgraduate studies abroad. It covers both Masters and PhD scholarships, providing an excellent opportunity for students to gain international education and experience.
The NDDC’s Foreign Postgraduate Scholarship is part of the commission’s Human Resource Development initiatives. It is designed to equip Niger Deltans with relevant training and skills, particularly to effectively participate in the Local Content program of the Federal Government of Nigeria. The program also aims to enhance local content professionalism through acquired specializations in various fields.
